Irene Korsten
Irene is an Australian based writer. She collaborates regularly with fellow creatives across Melbourne and Sydney but one of her favourite places in the world is her writer’s retreat in the Clare Valley, South Australia.

A graduate of RMIT’s Professional Writing and Editing Diploma she has worked with Allen and Unwin, Melbourne University, Australian Writers’ Guild, La Mama (Melbourne), Theatreworks Melbourne and many others.
Co Creative Director of Wild Boar Theatre Company. Irene is a recipient of a Green Room Award for writing and has been highly commended at the Victorian Premier's Literary Awards.
